Secure Ordering

All online orders are processed in a secure encrypted environment via PayPal.   We never store any credit card information. We accept major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and debit cards.   We do not accept credit card information over the telephone or email.

MasterCard and Visa have introduced zero liability. Check their rules and limitations on their web site.

 

Shipping Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS.  We try our best to complete your order within a 2-4 day  processing period(Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.

 

Order Tracking

US customers receive an email  with a tracking number when the shipment has been shipped.  Canadian customers receive an email with USPS  international customs tracking number.

 

Customer Privacy

We collect your name, email and mailing address for our internal marketing purposes only. We DO NOT store any credit card information.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation fee of  $2.00 per order  if the cancellation request is after 24 hrs of placing the order.
